NEOMED offers two opportunities for primary care prescribers (physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners) to earn 12 hours of CME credit (8 in person followed by an additional 4 online) and receive compensation for time in training. Physicians will be eligible to apply for their X waiver (optional) at the close of the training, and PAs and NPs will receive a link to complete their additional required hours online.
Physicians can earn up to $1,000 for time in training. NPs and PAs may earn up to $500 for time in training.
The training and CME are free. However, grant rules do not allow NEOMED to pay for food. There is a $23 meal charge for continental breakfast, buffet lunch and snacks.
